Ebay Customers:

If you bought your item from our Ebay shop, you will need to contact us using the Ebay messaging system. You can easily request a return or a refund by visiting your Purchase History. We'll be happy for you to return or exchange any items that you're not completely satisfied with. Remember to let us know before returning your items and include your name or ebay user name so we can trace who it's come from.

If you're not happy with any aspect of your order, please don't leave us feedback before telling us about the problem. Hopefully we can do something to make you happier!

Amazon Customers:

For purchases made through Amazon, there is a specific return process. If you log into your Amazon account, you can request the return and you will be provided with an Amazon returns label. We'll need this to identify you and be able to process any refunds. For an exchange you can also contact us through Amazon and we'll do our best to find the correct item for you.

We really want you to be happy with your order so if even the slightest thing hasn't been perfect then let us know. We always want to improve.
