Equilance represent a collective of individuals and small businesses to source automotive consumables and associated equipment from across the world. The combined buying power of the group allows for mutually successful relationships between manufacturers and the collective.
What
Equilance started as a small operation importing automotive consumables from the United States to France and reselling within Europe. The business was an immediate success and the product range began to expand, connecting new suppliers and appealing to an increased customer base. After an impressive period of growth, the business moved its main operations to the UK in 2010. The expansion continues as Equilance searches to move into new fields within the automotive business and continues to become a part of other companies' success stories.
Who
Equilance was founded by Richard Myers, an Engineering graduate of Leeds University. He spent many years working within the UK's largest independent operator of motor car dealerships. The experience gained from working within this large scale parts business allowed him to begin trading independently and the creation of Equilance.
Equilance now has a small team of buyers who retain a close relationship with our suppliers across the world whilst working hard to obtain the best deals for our partners.
